Louis F. O'Neill: "Russian Federation engaged in 1992 at so called “Ministerial from Stockholm” to retract force, military equipment and ammo from Moldova. Russia iterates this engagement in 1999 at the Istanbul Summit where they promised to retract troops and ammo from Republic of Moldova territory till the end of 2002. We are now in 2006 and this thing didn’t happen, but this is still valid. Russian Federation should honor this engagement as soon as possible with possibility and in an accelerate mode." ...
